2026 Camp Raven Knob Scouts BSA Leader’s Guide
This guide is geared more toward those attending camp as an Adult Leader or those helping with the registration process. We ask that all Adult Leaders attending Summer Camp to review this guide.
2026 Camp Cost
$490/Scout ($450 for camp +$40 for travel costs and lunch Sunday 6/14)
Approximately $225/Adult Leader (this cost is dependent on how many ALs attend)
Troop 788 Confirmation/Deposit Deadline: 2/15/26
Please RSVP on Scoutbook! An email will be sent confirming the Adult Leader cost after we have a final count. All deposits are non-refundable. Please make your deposit $200/Scout, and or $100/AL using Zelle to pay directly into our Troop 788 Bank Account. Our Outdoor Activities Coordinator will make one payment for the troop.
Troop 788 Merit Badge Selection Deadline: 3/1/26
Scouts select the merit badges they are most interested in completing at camp. Our Outdoor Activities Leader will do their best to register scouts for their preferences, but certain slots fill up fast. New scouts are recommended to do the Raven Scouts program, first aid and swimming as this leads to good advancement and important early skills. The Merit Badge Grid as of January 2026 is at this link.
Troop 788 Final Payment Deadline: 4/15/26
Your final payment for summer camp will be calculated by an adult leader after Merit Badge Registration has been completed. You will most likely receive an email detailing the amount you owe as well as when that final payment is due.
